The public main branch includes HTML reports (#8), local history (#9), and local comparison (#10), but the README and guides still describe history/comparison as unmerged candidates or unimplemented.

Update those statements to describe the merged experimental beta, fix the comparison anchors, and clarify that generating a scan report does not automatically save history or compare scans. Preserve the unpublished archive/npm status, offline/read-only behavior, uncertainty and safety disclosures, MIT attribution, security policy, and planned/unavailable Cloud boundaries.

Only README.md, docs/SCANNER_HISTORY.md, and docs/SCANNER_REPORTS.md change. No source, catalog, dependencies, CI, license, or security-policy changes.

Validation:

• Lint, typecheck, build, and all 454 regression tests passed.
• All 23 unique documented Scanner CLI examples passed with disposable synthetic targets and CLI-generated UUIDs; target source stayed unchanged.
• All 17 relative links/anchors passed. External documentation links resolved; the GitHub issue chooser correctly requires login.
• CLI help, README demo, synthetic benchmark, package allowlist, bundled archive, and isolated offline installation checks passed.

No release, package publication, deployment, or Cloud activation is included. Founder review required before merge.
