Summary
Scope
Only dependencies with a confirmed version-level security fix are changed. Existing versions of Jinja2, jupyter-server, Pillow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other dependencies were left unchanged where the reported alerts are already covered by the versions currently pinned.
Validation
