ctutils 0.4.3 generates masks and compares u128 values in non-constant time. 0.4.4 is the first patched release (published 2026-10-23), taken under the first-patched-release exception to the 3-day age rule. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
