Fixes 17 typos in comments in
src/andflex-config/, plus one error message inscripts/osm2pgsql-test-style: "Substition ... are not supported" (3×) becomes "Substitutions ... are not supported". No code changes.Found with
codespelland a doubled-word search, then checked one by one. Vendoredcontrib/and test data were skipped.AI disclosure: prepared with Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5), which ran the search and made the edits.
