Orbinum Network — privacy infrastructure institutions can actually use.
Orbinum is a Substrate-based Layer 1 with full EVM compatibility, built around a shielded pool and selective disclosure. Transactions are private by default, and their value and asset can be proven to a specific counterparty on demand — without exposing a spending key, and without asking anyone to trust an intermediary.
Most privacy chains force a choice: privacy or compliance. Orbinum is built on the premise that the choice is a false one, and that the chain which resolves it is the one institutions will use.
We are early. Public testnet launched in July 2026, mainnet and TGE are targeted for Q4 2026. The people who show up now shape what this ecosystem becomes.
Cultivate an informed, engaged community that contributes to the growth of Orbinum through education, onboarding and honest advocacy. The program aims to turn ambassadors into credible educators and facilitators — people who can explain what a shielded pool is, why selective disclosure matters, and what Orbinum does and does not hide.
Open to all. Developers, writers, community builders, event organisers, translators, node operators. The main requirement is the willingness to learn the technology properly and represent it accurately.

- Support new users through the testnet and the Season 1 quest system.
- Organise meetups for the local community.
- Attend events and conferences on behalf of the team.
- Attend the monthly ambassador call.
- Gain recognition as a representative of Orbinum Network.
- Privileged access to the core team, with insight into development before it is public.
- Shape the ecosystem at a stage where a single person's work is still visible in the outcome.
- Eligibility for the Ambassador-Owned Validator Program — operate part of the network's consensus and earn from staking emissions. ORB is hard-capped at 1,000,000,000 with no perpetual inflation, so these emissions run for a finite period; please read Emissions are finite before joining.
- Develop a reputation within the program that can influence your future career path.
- Collaborate with notable individuals and projects across the Polkadot and privacy ecosystems.
- Recognition and promotion of your contributions through official Orbinum channels.
- Invitations to local events and conferences supported by the Orbinum team.
- Be an early adopter of the technology.
- Limited edition items reserved only for ambassadors.
Being an ambassador means being officially recognised as a representative of Orbinum Network and its ecosystem. This role carries a responsibility to uphold the Orbinum name and its values.
Before joining, members must read, understand and respect this Code of Conduct.
- Be Respectful: Treat all members with respect, fostering a welcoming environment that embraces diversity and promotes courteous interactions.
- Help others: Willingly offer assistance, share knowledge, and encourage collaboration.
- Be constructive: Contribute positively to discussions by providing well-reasoned feedback and seeking solutions.
- Speak your mind: Express your thoughts openly and respectfully. Disagreement expressed well is more valuable to us than agreement.
- Share feedback: Give constructive feedback and be open to receiving it.
- Act exemplary: Lead by example, upholding high ethical standards and supporting the community's vision with integrity.
- Social identity: As representatives of Orbinum, ambassadors are expected to uphold the reputation of the project through their social identity — avoiding heavy engagement farming and refraining from excessive promotion of competitor products.
- No impersonation: Do not impersonate or falsely represent yourself as another individual or organisation, especially the Orbinum brand or any entity within the community.
- No self-promotion: Avoid excessive self-promotion, personal projects, or spamming within Orbinum's channels.
- No harassment or hate speech: Refrain from any form of harassment or hate speech.
- No plagiarism: Do not present someone else's work, ideas or content as your own without attribution or permission.
- No price talk: Avoid excessive discussion or speculation regarding ORB's price or investment-related topics.
Orbinum builds privacy infrastructure. That places two obligations on ambassadors that other programs do not have.
- Never position Orbinum as a tool for evading law, regulation or tax. It is not, and describing it that way damages the exact institutional adoption we are working toward. If you are asked, the accurate answer is that Orbinum provides confidentiality with selective, user-controlled disclosure — not anonymity from lawful process.
- Never overstate what is hidden. Shield and unshield operations are visible on-chain, timing is visible, and unshielded amounts are public. An ambassador who tells a user "everything is private" is setting that user up for harm. Accuracy here is not pedantry — it is the job.
- Never ask for, collect or store another user's spending key, seed phrase or vault data. Disclosure keys shared voluntarily for a quest are fine; anything beyond that is not.
If you are a member of the ambassador Program, consider it a privilege to represent Orbinum, and demonstrate exemplary behaviour when engaging with the community and partners.
Violating this Code of Conduct may lead to warnings or permanent removal from the program, taking into account the seriousness and frequency of the transgression. The Growth Lead holds ultimate authority in upholding these guidelines.
