Pin the GitHub Actions that openframeworks/apothecary#696 moved to a verified release:
actions/setup-node@v7,microsoft/setup-msbuild@v3,hendrikmuhs/ccache-action,EndBug/latest-tag, and the patcheddanoli3/action-gh-releasecommit stay as they are. Runner images and SDK pins are unchanged.The weekly dependency check compares only as many version fields as the current ref, so a floating
v7was treated as current. These refs name the full release, which is the form that check keeps updating.msys2/setup-msys2v2.33.0 no longer installs perl by default. The VS job installs git, unzip, zip, rsync, and wget itself and does not select MINGW32 or MINGW64.Workflow YAML was parsed locally. No self-hosted run was done here.
