It was "only" when a package has mixed trust, but in practice nearly every popular package will meet this condition.
When rendering the package page, the server was resolving and sending the full list of every version (trust info and publish date for each), just so that the browser could render whether *the viewed version* has a trust downgrade. For packages with many versions, this list was the predominant part of the payload size. For example, `next` has 14k+ versions and that list alone was 601 kB of a 700 kB payload. Of course, it's also lookup time, parse time, transfer time, and our hosting costs for all these plus ISR cache reads and writes. It adds up.

getTrustStatusruns for all versions (over 14,000 fornext) on every transform. This work runs even when the requested version does not exist inpkg.versions. The detector then returnsnull. The result is correct. The server-side cost is the remaining part of the lookup and parsing cost named in the PR objectives.Add a guard so the work runs only when the requested version exists:

Preserve the null result when no version is requested or the requested version is absent.
