Prevent masked dependency failures in i18n validation

The i18n job continued after Socket Firewall timed out, leaving an incomplete dependency tree and causing vue-i18n-extract resolution to fail.

• Root cause

  • The Socket Firewall wrapper reported success despite an interrupted vp install.

• Change

  • Use setup-vp’s direct install path for the i18n job.
  • Retain the root-only, scripts-disabled installation:

run-install: |
  - args: ['--filter', '.', '--ignore-scripts']

Dependency installation errors now propagate instead of surfacing later as misleading missing-package failures.
