Animated .webp cover images do not animate, but .gif does #5332

Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)
Describe the bug
When the cover image for a project is set to an animated .webp, the animation does not player in the grid view in the search page.
However, animated .gifs do animate.
Steps to reproduce
- Observe https://modrinth.com/mod/entityculling from a search page with grid view, works fine as it is a
.gif - Observe https://modrinth.com/mod/zoomify from a search page with grid view, does not animate as it is a
.webp
Expected behavior
They should both animate.

.webp's still do not animate inside of the gallery page, or as the project icon/banner, unless the image is focused on (by clicking on it or "holding/grabbing" the image).However
.webp's displayed inside of a project's description do actually animate themselves without requiring the user to click on anything.I'm experiencing this problem on Zen, a Firefox fork.
