Pull request overview

This PR performs a weekly permissions sync, updating the resourceAppId for three VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) related device permissions from a placeholder all-zeros GUID to a specific resource application identifier. The changes align these VDI permissions with other device-related permissions (such as Bitlocker permissions) that already use the same resource app ID.

  • Updates resourceAppId from 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 to 01cb2876-7ebd-4aa4-9cc9-d28bd4d359a9 for all VDI-related device permissions
  • Ensures consistency across device management permissions by using the same resource app ID as Bitlocker permissions
  • Covers all three VDI permissions present in the file: Device.ProvisionForVDI, Device-VDIProperties.ReadWrite.VDIOwned, and Device.Delete.VDIOwned
