Run and Debug option showing weird options. #988

When I open the Run and Debug panel, I’m seeing unexpected options—it should ideally display the file name instead.

I have tried both reinstalling and updating Visual Studio, but I’m still encountering the same issue.

This is a dupe of #957. Which has been fixed in the latest prerelease version of the extension. If you switch to the prerelease version the titles of those commands will be correct.
