This is one file but that same pool is used in multiple different pipelines and they all need to be fixed. |

Updates the release pipeline’s source-analysis pool to the intended supported MicroBuild pool.
Changes:
- Replaces
VSEngSS-MicroBuild2022-1ESwithVSEng-MicroBuildVSStable. - Leaves the Linux pool and build, signing, and publishing steps unchanged.
