Update Financials Classes

The current SDK is still using the deprecated API for financials, and does not handle new APIs (i.e. Ratios)

Update the SDK to handle the new APIs, as well as the docs to reflect the updates

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have to use regular REST requests instead of RESTClient exposed by polygon sdk to consume the new APIs

I have submitted a pull request with the required updates

This issue has been addressed in our latest release, v1.16.0. For full details on what's new, check out the release notes.

To upgrade and get the fix:

pip install -U polygon-api-client
