Squash of the 151 commits of branch coverage-gate (kept, with the full history) on top of api-service-tests. Test infrastructure: - tests moved to Testcontainers and JUnit 5; container images pinned by digest (ContainerImages); the shared MongoDB container gets a 65536 open-file limit; heavy containers (MSSQL, Elasticsearch, Oracle) run under @tag("heavy-container") - test dependencies managed in lowcoder-dependencies and the module poms Coverage gate: - lowcoder-coverage-report: JaCoCo aggregate report plus coverage-gate.xml, one line and one branch floor per module (18 modules), run in `mvn verify`; enforced (gate.failonviolation=true) with every floor at least 0.80/0.80; -Dgate.failonviolation=false gives a report-only run - local only (no CI job); skipped with -Djacoco.skip=true or without execution data Tests: - 283 new test files across the sdk, infra, domain, server and plugin modules; known production defects are pinned at today's behaviour (fixes deferred) and named in the tests Production changes: - unreferenced code deleted (owner decision), including KeyInstanceCreator, EndpointAuthorizationManager, the bundle Tree/Node classes, unused bulk member methods, MongoUpsertHelper.bulkRemove and other dead utilities - .gitignore: lowcoder-plugins/plugins/, the integration tests' temporary plugin-jar directory
