Remove kernels window sorts in alphabetical order #1089

Description

@umbralOptimatum

Describe the bug
The remove kernels window sorts the kernels to remove alphabetically. I would expect them to display in version order.

    I looked into this to send a fix and found it no longer applies to master: the kernel window was removed from mintupdate in e076073 ("Remove kernel window (moved to mintsysadm)"), so kernelwindow.py and its alphabetical confirmation_listbox_sort are gone.

    In mintsysadm the "Remove older kernels?" dialog builds its two lists through add_package_table, which sorts rows with compare_package_rows (apt_pkg.version_compare on the kernel version, newest first, then package name) in usr/lib/linuxmint/mintsysadm/page_kernels.py. So the list is in version order there (6.8.0-100 above 6.8.0-99, not below 6.8.0-10), which is what this issue asks for.

    It still reproduces on releases that ship the old window (7.1.4 and earlier), but there is nothing left to fix on the mintupdate side.
