For recipes without a category override, the server exposes the first search directory as the legacy category field. Moving text_encoders ahead of clip_vision means older clients that use only category cannot select a projector stored in clip_vision. Handle invalid UTF-8 in Fibo2 edit prompts.
For edit requests, invalid UTF-8 can reach Fibo2Conditioner::format_prompt. edit.dump() then throws instead of producing a prompt. The CLI does not catch this exception, so the CLI process can terminate. The synchronous server edit route catches it and returns HTTP 500.
Use the replacement error handler so invalid bytes become U+FFFD.
