build!: publish ESM only, require Node 22 and update dependencies - #50

Update dev dependencies, the basic example (next 16.4.2, react 19.3.1) and pnpm to 12.14.0.
BREAKING CHANGE: the package now declares engines.node >=22.
Also run the changesets version script through changesets/action and only release on pushes to main.
BREAKING CHANGE: the CommonJS build is no longer published.
