Doc review: CLI reference v2.47.0

Every change in this PR is generated. The only hand-authored file, client_reference/overview.md, changes just its version stamp. Most of the diff is sample-data churn: timestamps, fingerprints, commit SHAs and example-trail links in get_snapshot, diff_snapshots, log_environment, list_*, get_environment and the attest/begin/tag example tabs. The new signer_username and signed_by_platform fields in the get_trail sample output reflect the API. The new --fingerprint-source content in kosli_snapshot_s3.md has two rendering defects, listed below.

Upstream - does not block this merge

Both findings are in kosli-dev/cli → cmd/kosli/snapshotS3.go. Fix them there; editing this page by hand gets overwritten on the next release.

1. Improvement: one example is split into two broken accordions (client_reference/kosli_snapshot_s3.md:130-141)
   The example comment runs over two lines ("report contents of an AWS S3 bucket without downloading the objects," / "using the SHA256 checksums S3 stores for them"). The doc generator treats each comment line as the start of a new example. The page shows an accordion with an empty code block, followed by a second accordion whose title starts mid-sentence.
   Recommendation: Put the example's comment on one line in snapshotS3.go. The durable fix is to make the kosli docs example renderer join consecutive comment lines into one title.

2. Suggestion: the permissions paragraph renders inside the last bullet (client_reference/kosli_snapshot_s3.md:28-30)
   The paragraph starting "A root .kosli_ignore is still downloaded…" follows the second bullet with no blank line in between. Markdown treats it as a lazy continuation, so the .kosli_ignore and s3:GetObject/KMS permissions guidance shows up as part of the multipart-upload bullet.
   Recommendation: Add a blank line after the bullet list in the long description, and one before it as well.
