Adds a
test-runtimesworkflow that runs the node test project under Bun (bun --bun vitest) and Deno (deno run -A npm:vitest). The library only relies onUint8Array,TextDecoderandnew Function, so it already works on both; this just keeps it that way.Also notes the supported runtimes in the README.
