At the moment, Pennon only supports
VectorNonlinearFunction.Once we have #3048, it will also be able to support affine and quadratic functions easily but in the meantime I just wanted to bridge them to
VectorNonlinearFunctionusing the functionize bridge and I got stuck because this conversion was missing.
