极光推送 flutter ，鸿蒙6.0设备点击通知栏消息，冷启动时无法回调setCallBackHarmony

jpush_flutter: ^3.4.0
Flutter version 3.22.1-ohos-1.0.4
设备 ：mate 80 pro，系统：鸿蒙6.0.0.120

APP运行起来之后，点击通知栏消息时有回调setCallBackHarmony (eventName为onClickMessage)。
但APP没有运行的时候，点击通知栏消息时不会回调setCallBackHarmony。
