Files are not written back to SD card. Investigate ways to handle this gracefully. Need to delay from last memory card write activity and ensure no ram write collisions occur.

Added an SIO tick counter to track how many events have occurred since the memory card write command completed. This may be sufficient, but if no SIO commands are issued after the write command, the counter will not increment and the file will not be written. Needs further research.

Still need to examine moving away from the sio event ticks and to the system timer task.
