Installation

Requirements

TaskPilot requires:

• Python 3.9 or later
• A Groq API key
• Internet access for LLM inference

Install Dependencies

Clone the repository and install the required Python packages:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Configure the API Key

Create a .env file in the project directory and add your Groq API key:

GROQ_API_KEY=your_api_key_here

Do not commit your API key to GitHub.

Kaggle

The project also includes a Kaggle notebook:

TaskPilot_Agentic_AI_Final_Project.ipynb

The notebook can be used to demonstrate the complete agent workflow without requiring a local development environment.

Verification

After installation, run the project or notebook with a valid API key and provide a sample set of tasks.

A successful run should analyze the tasks, prioritize them, verify the result, and produce the final prioritized output.
