Follow-up and alternative to IFC++

For new projects, xeoIFC is recommended.

xeoIFC is newer, using the latest WebAssembly and WebGPU technology. The geometry quality and robustness is better than IfcSplitAndMerge (this repo).

Extremely high performance in the browser, desktop and server. Load IFC models like the Garabit viaduct model directly in the browser without installing anything. The command-line converter processed more than 2,200 real-world IFC files (95 GB) in under 20 minutes on one workstation.
