At this reviewed commit, running this entry's exact probe returns 84, not 83; docs/reorg/2026-10-14-tidy/WORK-ORDERS-2026-10-19.adoc is the additional matching file. Lowering both values to 83 therefore records a stale result and makes scripts/run-debtfile.sh report an unexpected 84 > ceiling 83 breach even after the intentional Deno breach is resolved. Re-measure against the final tree and retain a ceiling of at least 84 unless the additional marker is removed.
