Bumps gapic-generator-cloud in
librarian.yamlfrom 0.52.0 to 0.53.0 and regenerates all libraries.gapic-common ~> 1.5(was~> 1.3), and with it grpc >= 1.83.google-iam-v1keeps its hand-maintained gemspec (keep:) at~> 1.3.mainwith no diff.Debug info: ruby 3.3.8 (x86_64-linux-gnu), Librarian v0.48.0.
