Existing `DefaultCentipedeCallbacks` invokes fuzz target operations by spawning external worker subprocesses. This change adds support of in-process execution over the C-compatible `FuzzTestAdapterManager` ABI enables the Centipede engine to drive seed generation, mutation, crossover, and input execution directly within the current process without the additional overhead of subprocess setup.
