connect sets user alongside UID for basic and IAM authentication. Basic authentication also sets password alongside PWD. The Java-platform specs check these properties and the IAM access-key properties. |

Explanation
The title identifies the main change: fixing Redshift basic authentication so it uses the configured connection user instead of the default image user. It is specific enough despite minor grammatical awkwardness.

Full details: Docstring Coverage
-
Explanation
Docstring coverage is 0.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 1 functions across 2 files. (3 skipped: 3 unsupported.)
Resolution
Write docstrings for the functions missing them to satisfy the coverage threshold.

A rabbit checks the driver’s keys,
And packs fresh tools with quiet ease.
Two names for users, passwords too,
The tests confirm the values through.
A newer image joins the run,
The version steps to one-one-one.

The Redshift user/password fix is correct and should land. Two concerns before merging:
- Nothing in CI tests a real Redshift connection, and
:latestgoes to every DC automatically. Please run a manual basic-auth test or add a unit spec. - The Fedora base image reapply is bundled with the fix. Please explain why the #2114 revert is safe to undo, or split it out so the Redshift fix can be rolled back separately.
Also: fossa-native is failing. Is it failing on master too?
