+The allegedly infringing material is located throughout the following repository:

+The alleged infringement includes the core source code and associated files contained within the repository.  
+I am requesting action against the entire repository because it contains unauthorized copies of proprietary source code owned by Algonox Technologies.

+4. Description of the Infringement and Circumstances
+
+Algonox Technologies is the copyright owner of the source code described above.  
+
+The proprietary source code was provided to an individual for authorized purposes under a confidentiality agreement and with the explicit condition that it would not be publicly distributed or published without authorization.

+The source code was subsequently made publicly available in the GitHub repository identified above without authorization from Algonox Technologies.  
+Algonox Technologies did not authorize the publication, distribution, reproduction, or public hosting of this source code on GitHub.

+The individual indicated that they would remove the code from the repository but was unable to access their GitHub account to complete the removal. As a result, the copyrighted source code remains publicly accessible without authorization.

+I am therefore requesting that GitHub remove or disable access to the infringing repository and the unauthorized copies of Algonox Technologies' copyrighted source code.
