Allow subagents to inherit main agent's permissions #5144

Description

@AntonPo456

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

Subagents constantly and repeatedly request permissions in interactive mode

If your operation generates subagents to do some work, and those subagents require permissions, then the subagents will constantly request permissions at a high rate.

If the operations generates 15 subagents, you get 15 sets of requests, each with possibly half a dozen requests (which adds up very quickly). That is completely unworkable in Interactive mode and requires the user to switch to Autopilot mode.

Proposed solution

Have the subagents inherit permissions of the main agent. Then have the main agent figure out what permissions the subagents require, and ask for permissions once. From that point on the subagents can operate without any further requests. New agents can launch and relaunch without bothering the user continuously.
