Add a way to track prompt execution time #5125

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

I see that my prompts are already timestamped. It would be great to see similar behaviour (or have an option to enable it) for AI's responses along with the time it took for AI to process the prompt. This would make it easier for me to figure out, when was the last time I interacted with a given session and would give me a better feel for how long different models take.

Proposed solution

Add a /statusline option to display timestamps and execution times either at the top or the bottom (or make it configurable as well) of each of AI's replies (in the CLI they seem to be marked with purple dots).
