Sets the patched version to 2.7.0 (replacing last_affected 2.6.0, which is equivalent: 2.6.0 is the last release before 2.7.0) and adds the fix commit 24e4563a ("fix(tasks): return no tasks when a search has no project scope"), whose regression test is named after this advisory. The commit is contained in the tags v2.7.0 and v2.7.1 and not in v2.6.0, whose task_search.go has no guard when the scope is empty.
