Sets the patched version to 2.7.0 (replacing last_affected 2.6.0, which is equivalent: 2.6.0 is the last release before 2.7.0) and adds the fix commit 60e54377 ("fix(sharing): require project admin to manage link shares"): canDoLinkShare now requires p.IsAdmin instead of the zero-value share permission tier check. The commit is contained in the tags v2.7.0 and v2.7.1 and not in v2.6.0.
