Bumps the root
volta.nodefrom 24.21.0 to 24.22.1. Node 24.22.1 is the October 2026 security release for the eMudhra/emSign CA compromise. It updates the bundled root store to NSS 3.131.1 and rejects TLS chains that contain the compromised keys. An exact pin doesn't pick that up on its own. The e2e test applications and CI test matrix are unchanged.Refs VULN-3216. Release notes: https://nodejs.org/en/blog/vulnerability/october-2026-security-releases
