What
Adds an e2e app that runs the bring-your-own OpenTelemetry setup with OpenTelemetry JS v3 (
sdk-node@0.300,sdk-trace@3).Why
OpenTelemetry JS v3 removes
sdk-trace-baseandsdk-trace-nodeand changes the span processor API, so the v2 app does not cover users who upgrade. The v2 app stays because v3 needs Node.js 22.15 or later.
