The published image still trusts eMudhra/emSign roots that Alpine removed in
ca-certificates20261020-r0 (VULN-3216). This requires at least that version. Changing theRUNline also stops the build from reusing the cachedapk addlayer.I used a minimum version rather than an exact pin because Alpine drops old package versions from its repo, which would break future builds.
