The
[VERSION]heading inCHANGELOG.mdran straight into its first line, unlike every other release in the file, because a blank line was lost between review and merge in the release-prep pull request.It is one line and nothing else: no version, no entry text and no heading changes. The fix was written when review asked for it, but an
--amendwithout staging excluded it from the prep push, so it never reachedmain.
