Flutter 3.44.0 pins clock (and meta, matcher, test_api, vector_math) via
flutter_test, so `pub get --enforce-lockfile` failed on every Dependabot
PR that moved those packages (e.g. clock ^1.1.3). Pin the dev SDK to the
current stable, 3.47.7.

Dart 3.13 also adds the unawaited_return_in_try_block lint; await the
trackAction call in track() so its errors reach the surrounding handlers
and `flutter analyze --fatal-warnings` stays clean.
