This pull request removes the external dependencies 'yargs' and 'del' to simplify the codebase. In 'generate-reports.js', the '--local' flag check is replaced with a direct check on 'process.argv'. In 'gulpfile.js', the 'cleanup' task is refactored to use the native 'fs.promises.rm' method instead of 'del'. These dependencies have also been removed from 'package.json' and 'package-lock.json'. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.
