Summary
Enable Dependabot now that 2.0 is on
main(Dependabot reads its config only from the default branch), so dependency and Action updates arrive as reviewable PRs. Same weekly schedule and grouping as our other projects.Changes
CI
.github/dependabot.yml:pipandgithub-actions, weekly on Monday 05:00, 5 open-PR limit. Minor and patch updates are grouped into one PR;ruffis bumped on its own (a ruff minor can enable new default lint rules). GitHub Actions are grouped together.Tests
tests/test_dependency_pins.py: fails if the pins inrequirements.txtandpyproject.tomldrift apart, so a Dependabot PR that updates only one of the two files is caught in CI and fixed in the same PR.
