The eic_xl image now ships eic-mcp and the three servers (native streamable HTTP), so setup shrinks to: ./eic-shell → eic-mcp up → eic-mcp config <client>. Documents both assistant modes explicitly — (a) opencode/claude/ copilot inside eic-shell, (b) an assistant on the host over the shared network (macOS keeps the port-publishing step, minus the launcher mount).
…rap flow Also drops the vendored-launcher row from the README (bin/eic-mcp was removed with the previous commit: its only consumer was the macOS -v mount, gone now that the image ships the launcher).

"installed in eic-shell" instead of describing image contents; shorter phrasing elsewhere. Commands unchanged.

The setup contains two broken directory/context instructions and does not implement the advertised macOS workflow.

Setup: the servers ship in eic-shell — drop the clone/PATH/bootstrap steps

Setup:
./eic-shell→eic-mcp up→eic-mcp config opencode; assistant inside eic-shell or on your machine; macOS:DOCKER_OPTIONS="$(./eic-shell -- eic-mcp docker-args)"(eic/eic-shell#39). Draft until eic_xl includes the servers (eic/containers#357).
