Replays the v9.5.0 -> v9.6.1 template diff. Notably this restores the [tool.pytest.ini_options] table, whose absence let pytest's rootdir walk escape the project directory. cmem-cmemc moved from 25.6.2 to 26.2.1 with the template update, and the option was renamed. click rejected the old name with a usage error (exit code 2), so every test using the loopwf_project fixture errored. [tool.pytest.ini_options]table. Without it, pytest's rootdir walk escapes the project directory, sopytest-dotenvno longer finds.envand the Corporate Memory integration tests run unconfigured — which is what turned this pipeline red under v9.5.0.task checkpasses locally except integration tests, which need a live Corporate Memory instance that was not available where this ran.
