Summary

This is the follow-up to e2b-dev/E2B#1961 and should merge after it. It works like #332 did for the SDKs.

The sandbox template and its HTTP tests now live in the E2B monorepo under templates/code-interpreter, and e2b-charts under packages/charts-python. This PR deletes them here, along with everything that only existed to build or release them:

  • template/, tests/ and chart_data_extractor/
  • the Makefile
  • all workflows except validate-renovate-config.yaml, plus .github/scripts/
  • Changesets
  • the root pnpm workspace files and .tool-versions

The README note and the template-guide link now point to the monorepo. renovate.json5 drops the comments that referred to the deleted pnpm-workspace.yaml; its settings are unchanged.

After this merges, nothing builds from this repo and it can be archived.

I'll fix CI failures and address comments from users with write access. I'll skip comments containing "(aside)".
