"autoFetch" is unavailable in Mode.get(id, {autoFetch: true}, function (err, model) {...})#266

Can not use Mode.get(id, {autoFetch: true}, function (err, model) {...}) to get the Model associations in auto fetch mode, the callback model is undefined.
