meta-imagestakes the same lines as metadata-action, includingname=org/app,enable=.... The image output wrapped the raw line in anothername=, so buildx sawname=name=org/app,enable=falseand rejected the ref.Use just the image name there, and leave out entries with
enable=false. The metadata-action input itself is unchanged.Fixes #327
