What happened to the -zts tags in 8.6+? #1689

PHP upstream recommended that we switch the images to use ZTS by default (#1673) for 8.6 and above. Since the zts tag has just been the cli image but with --enable-zts we decided that it would be redundant to keep zts as a separate image now that cli will have ZTS enabled (#1686).

So, if you need a zts variant in PHP 8.6+, use any other variant like cli or fpm and it'll be thread safe.
