Summary

Rename the Go import alias proflags to platformflags for github.com/devsy-org/devsy/cmd/pro/flags (package name flags unchanged).
Token-only change across 20 files under cmd/pro; 56 lines changed (+56/-56).
No behaviour, flag, output, or import-path change.

Why

The alias proflags carries the old product name (Pro). Renaming it is a prerequisite for the cmd/pro -> cmd/platform directory move, which comes in a later PR.
