Data filtering

Required user role: MEMBER

There are two types of data filters, each enabled by its own feature on the view:

  • Filter - the base filter on table columns,
  • Rich filter - filters built from rules on fields and properties.

Both types can be used together. When you define rules in both, the data is filtered as (base filter) and (rich filter).

Filters

Base filter

These are filters on the visible columns. To define one, first show the filter row by clicking the base filter icon. A yellow filter icon means that a filter is set on some column.

Rich filter

In the rich filter you can define almost any filter you want. Build its rules from the fields and properties of the bucket.

Rich filter rules

You can also load a predefined filter (see Filters) and adjust it.

You can add new properties if you want to build rules on properties that are not on the properties list yet.

Rich filter properties

Properties added this way are removed from the list when you change the view. To have them always available, define them in the data class in the project settings (see Classes).
