Run the integration tests against Dapr runtime 1.19.0-rc.5: the runtime version in validate.yml, the proto download URL in pom.xml, and the Testcontainers image version. dapr.proto now imports search.proto and vector.proto (search and vector building blocks), so sdk-autogen downloads both. Without them protoc fails on the missing imports. The SDK does not expose the new RPCs yet. DAPR_CLI_VER stays at 1.19.0-rc.1 because there is no CLI rc.5. Run the integration tests against Dapr runtime 1.19.0-rc.5, the same change #1850 made for rc.3. This updates the runtime version in
