Update the standalone CLI to published
ctrf@0.5.0, adding validation for specification 0.2.0 and optionalTest.attemptId. Prepare the matching stablectrf-cli@0.5.0release while keepingctrfan exact development-only dependency.Extend the existing identity test, retry example, and packed-package smoke checks. Both CLI aliases accept the retry example under 0.2.0 and reject it under 0.1.0. Existing schema versions remain supported.
Refresh compatible dependencies, including Biome 2.5.15, Node types 26.6.5 and transitive packages, and migrate the Biome configuration. Esbuild is already pinned at latest 0.28.2. Retain Vitest/coverage-v8 4.1.11 for Node 20 support; version 5 requires Node 22.12 or newer supported lines.
Validation: on Node 26, clean
npm ciandnpm run allpass (79 tests and isolated packed consumers); full/production audits report zero vulnerabilities; 104 registry signatures and 40 attestations verify. Installed source, installed distribution, and bundled 0.2.0 schemas are byte-identical to Core v0.2.0. Packed production installs contain noctrfpackage and both aliases resolve to the standalone CLI.
